IZI Interactive LTD strives to ensure faster withdrawals for players based on their VIP Status. Withdrawals are processed once verification is successfully completed. Details regarding verification are available in our General Terms and Conditions. Where possible, the Casino will process withdrawals faster depending on the limits of your chosen payment method. Please note that final processing times are determined by the payment provider.

IZI Interactive LTD reserves the right to update or amend the Club at any time, including the requirements for achieving VIP Status and the benefits attached. The latest information will always be available on the IZI Interactive LTD website.

If you choose to close your Casino account, or if your account is closed by our team, your VIP Status and all associated benefits will be lost.

IZI Interactive LTD may, at its sole discretion, terminate your Club membership at any time and revoke your current VIP Status.

Membership will also be terminated if you are found to be in breach of the Club conditions, bonus Terms and Conditions, or the Casino Terms and Conditions, or otherwise act against the interests of the Casino. In such cases, your VIP Status and benefits will be revoked, and the Casino may retroactively withdraw any awarded bonuses and, if necessary, close your account.

IZI Interactive LTD may suspend your Club membership at any time, either temporarily or until further notice, if required to protect the Casino’s interests. During such suspension, your VIP Status and benefits will remain inactive.

If your total bet amount is below €/$5,000 per week and €/$20,000 per month, the Casino reserves the right to reduce your withdrawal limits to the default levels set out in the General Terms and Conditions.
