9. IZIBINGO reserves the right to offer a specific bonus to a specific customer or group of customers or exclude a specific customer or group of customers from receiving the bonus.

10. The details of all bonuses and mechanics of the bonus are clearly set out in the Bonus Card or in the Specific Terms.

11. A bonus will not be withdrawable until the player has met the Wagering Requirement for the bonus. Likewise, any bonus winnings generated while meeting the Wagering Requirements will be locked until the Wagering Requirements are met. All funds in the Cash Balance are withdrawable at all times.

12. Should you wish to withdraw or transfer any cash amount linked to a given bonus before you have fulfilled the wagering requirements, you will forfeit the bonus and any associated bonus winnings linked to the cash amount being withdrawn or transferred.

13. Only wagers made on real money games will contribute towards the wagering requirement.

14. Bonuses are ranked based on the time of opt in. In cases where a player has multiple active bonuses, wagering will be attributed to the first bonus to which the player opted in.

15. For a bonus and any associated bonus winnings to become withdrawable (i.e. to convert a bonus and bonus winnings into cash), players are required to complete a specified wagering requirement. Unless stated otherwise in the Specific Terms of the offer, casino bonuses will be subject to a wagering requirement of thirty-five (35x) times the bonus amount. Refer to the Specific Terms of the promotion, special offer or bonus for wagering requirements.

16. Bonus funds are available to use on most of the games, the majority of which count towards the wagering requirements. Stakes on certain games do not count in full towards the wagering requirement – instead they have a % contribution as outlined below:

17. For example, if you wagered €100 on Slots and €100 on Blackjack, your Slots bets will contribute 100%, meaning a €100 contribution to the wagering requirement of this bonus. However, only 1% of your Blackjack stakes will contribute – meaning 1% of €100 staked on Blackjack (€1) is contributed to the wagering requirement.

18. Players can monitor their current remaining wagering requirement(s) by going to My Account -> Bonuses -> Active Bonuses.

19. Players can forfeit any active bonus on the page My Account -> Bonuses -> Active Bonuses, or by contacting Customer Service Team.

20. IZIBINGO reserves the right to govern how bonuses are used before a player is allowed to cash them in. As such Prohibited Patterns of Play are restricted from contributing to the wagering requirements. Any minimal risk wagering will not be allowed to contribute towards bonus wagering requirements. Players deemed to be using minimal risk wagering tactics to redeem their bonuses or cash prizes risk having their bonuses, cash prizes and any subsequent remaining balance removed, and the account closed. For the avoidance of doubt, the following are considered by IZIBINGO to be Prohibited Patterns of Play:

    1. Exploiting table games to meet wagering requirements, i.e. by consistently betting red and black at the same time on roulette or covering more than two-thirds of the board on the same spin in order to minimize risk.

    2. Exploiting promotions by placing bets or wagers where there is no or limited risk of loss to the customer, other than where the absence of risk is a key part of the promotion.

    3. Wagering more than €5 (or currency equivalent) per spin on slots while using bonus funds unless stated otherwise in the Specific Terms and Conditions of the promotion.

21. If the Wagering Requirements for a given bonus have not been fulfilled by the time of expiry of the bonus, the bonus will expire, and the bonus winnings will be automatically voided.

22. While a player has both a Bonus Money balance and real money balance, bets will be deducted from the Real Money balance first. If a bet made with bonus funds is larger than the maximum allowable bet or is made on a game which is excluded from bonuses, this bet will automatically be taken from real money balance where possible and the wagering will not be counted towards the bonus. If no real money balance is present, the bet will be rejected.

23. Should IZIBINGO become aware of any user who has accepted the bonus or a promotion with the sole purpose of creating a Positive Expected Value on bonus returns by using known practices aimed at securing the cash out of said bonus, then IZIBINGO will enforce the immediate exclusion from this and future Casino promotions and may elect to do one or more of the following:

    • Forfeit the full bonus balance in the account.
    • Invalidate the transactions or gameplay that was in contravention of this term.
    • Withhold the customer’s winnings from such transactions or gameplay.
    • Retain any real monies wagered and lost while playing towards the bonus.
    • Close the customer’s account.

24. Should you neglect to choose a bonus during a qualifying deposit, your account will not receive the bonus credit. However, you will have the opportunity to accept alternative bonuses when making another qualifying deposit.

1. The Bonus Money is non-withdrawable and cannot be redeemed as Cash Balance.

2. The Bonus Money has a 7-day expiration period from the time is awarded. The maximum amount that can be cashed out from Bonus Money is capped at €500 or currency equivalent unless otherwise stated on the Specific Terms of the promotion.

3. The maximum stake taken in consideration for wagering is €5 or the equivalent in your currency for this offer unless otherwise stated in the Specific Terms of the promotion. Winnings generated from Bonus Money must be wagered x35 (thirty-five) times before real money withdrawal is possible.

4. Withdrawing funds before completing bonus wagering may result in the forfeiture (cancellation) of the bonus and associated funds.

5. Bets are placed from Real Balance before the Bonus Money Balance. Both Real Balance and Bonus Money Balance are contributing towards the wagering requirement.

6. Pre-Match and Live Bets contribute towards the wagering requirements. Cashed Out bets do not contribute to the wagering requirements. Only settled bets contribute to the wagering requirements.

5. No tournament points are rewarded for game play prior to opt-in, and points will not be rewarded retroactively. You must collect at least one leaderboard point to qualify for prizes. Tournament points reset to 0 at the start of every new tournament.

      • A player has two qualifying rounds: one with a €1 bet resulting in a €1.5 win, and another with a €1 bet resulting in a €0.2 win.
      • The score is calculated as 1.5/1 = 1.5 (ignoring the round with €0.2 win as it is less than 1.5).

   4. Turnover – If available, the score is calculated based on the sum of all bets within the qualifying rounds or bets. For example:

      • A player has two qualifying rounds: one with a €1 bet and another with a €3 bet.
      • The score is calculated as 1 + 3 = 4.

9. In the event of a tie, players with the same number of tournament points will be ranked based on who reached the points score first.

10. The tournament is updated in real time (approximately every five seconds).

11. The total prize pool given away is written and available on the tournament card.
    The advertised currency conversion rate is set at the discretion of IZIBINGO .

12. All cash prizes will be paid out within 12 hours of tournament end time. Winning players will be notified via onsite messaging when prize has been credited or they will find the prize available in their dedicated section:

    1. If a prize is subject to wagering requirements, they will find the prize in the My Account -> Bonuses -> Active Bonuses.

13. Any cash prizes won will be yours to keep with no wagering requirements or withdrawal restrictions.
